Lifestream is provided by an individual developer to help you record and organize health facts for yourself and your family. Health content stays on your iPhone.
1. We do not collect your data
There is no server and no account. Nothing you type, photograph, dictate or import is sent to the developer or any third party. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
2. What is stored on your device
Your notes, voice transcripts, photos and recognized text; timeline records, check-ins, health profiles and reports; family profiles you add; and Apple Health data you allow the app to read (heart rate, resting heart rate, weight, sleep, steps, active energy). Records, photos, reports and health profiles are stored locally and excluded from iCloud and computer backups; a few settings such as family names and relationships are included in the system backup. Audio recordings are not kept.
3. On-device processing
Speech recognition, text recognition and smart organization run on your iPhone. Lifestream never writes to Apple Health, and Apple Health data is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining.
4. Network use
The app works offline. Only if the installed app does not include the organizing model (for example after upgrading from an old version) will it, after your confirmation, download public model files from ModelScope. Those requests contain only what a network connection requires (such as your IP address), never your records.
5. Permissions
Camera, photos, microphone, speech recognition, Apple Health and notifications are requested only when you use the related feature and can be turned off in Settings at any time.
6. Export and deletion
Use Settings → Export All Data to export, or Settings → Erase All Local Data to permanently delete records, images, reports and temporary exports. Deleting the app also deletes all local data. Because nothing is backed up, export before changing phones.
7. Family members
Please obtain consent before recording a family member's health information.
8. Children
Lifestream is not directed to children under 14.
9. Medical disclaimer
Lifestream organizes facts you provide. It does not diagnose, assess risk or recommend treatment, and does not replace a doctor.

It has no forms, cookies, analytics or third-party resources. The hosting server or network provider may process connection information such as IP addresses and access times; visiting this page does not transmit health records from the app.
